Hours: Wednesdays, from 10am-2pm (half days to be considered)

Purpose of Role
To assist autistic adults and people with learning disabilities in our Life Skills centre in Billericay. We are looking for volunteers to help with sports and/or creative writing. This could also involve supporting a gentleman to access the community with his support worker, e.g. going swimming. Volunteers will be working with Hamelin support workers and will not be supporting individuals on their own.
This is a varied role and dependent on the volunteers preference and experience.

Other related activities may include:
Volunteers are expected to attend face to face induction training and online learning and any other training that is considered to be relevant to the role
Requirements
• Completed Volunteer Application Form (not required at this stage)
• Enhanced DBS (completed and paid for by Hamelin)
