Managing a long-term health condition or recovering from an injury can be challenging, and finding the right support to stay active and healthy can make a real difference. Our hydrotherapy pool in Rochford is here to help you do just that.

You can use the pool to manage conditions such as musculoskeletal issues, cerebral palsy or arthritis, or to support rehabilitation after an accident or trauma. The water is heated to a higher temperature than standard swimming pools, which helps relax your muscles, reduce discomfort and support both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Sessions take place in a calm, supportive environment, so you can move and exercise at your own pace. You’ll always have the space and support you need to feel safe and comfortable.

The pool is in a fully accessible building. It’s wheelchair accessible and has a ceiling hoist that can take you straight from the changing rooms into the water. The changing facilities are specially equipped with large showers and height-adjustable changing beds, so you can get ready with ease and dignity.

If you’d like to find out more about the hydrotherapy pool, or chat about whether it could be right for you, please get in touch with us.
