The day’s itinerary
  • Arrival & networking:
    Start the morning in the clubhouse with a breakfast roll and coffee.
     
  • Main event:
    18 holes on a traditional, immaculate course. We’ll have refreshments at the halfway point to keep you going.
     
  • The return:
    Return to the clubhouse for a relaxed meal, a few drinks, and plenty of time to connect with fellow professionals and the Hamelin team.
     
Competition & prizes
  • Top 3 teams:
    Individual prizes for the leading 4-ball squads.
     
  • Nearest the pin & longest drive:
    Prizes and bragging rights for the winners.
     
  • On-course extras:
    Purchase Mulligans to save your score and support the cause.
     
  • The auction & raffle:
    Your chance to bid on exclusive items and experiences.
     
Club etiquette

Thorndon Park is a special venue with a rich history. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the dress code:

  • On the course:
    Standard golf attire (collared shirts, tailored trousers/shorts).
     
  • Clubhouse:
    Relaxed but smart; specific details will be provided in your welcome pack.
     
  • Mobile policy:
    Mobile phone use is strictly limited to designated areas.
