Every step makes a difference
This September, people supported by Hamelin will be taking on the annual Billericay Fun Walk.
For many of the people taking part, it's much more than a walk. It's a chance to challenge themselves, spend time with friends, celebrate their achievements and be part of something bigger.
By sponsoring the Hamelin team, you'll be helping create more opportunities for autistic adults and people with learning disabilities across Essex.
Why we walk
At Hamelin, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a full, independent and connected life.
Every day, we support autistic adults and people with learning disabilities to build confidence, learn new skills, make lasting friendships and access meaningful opportunities within their community. Many of these opportunities are only possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters.
The Billericay Fun Walk is one of the highlights of our year. It brings together the people we support, their families, volunteers, staff and supporters for a afternoon of community spirit. Every sponsorship helps ensure we can continue providing life-changing support for the people who rely on our services.
