Paul volunteers at the charity’s Billericay centre and has been volunteering for more than 12 years. Paul provides one-to-one support in I.T, having previously worked in this area during his career. As well as this, Paul supports Hamelin by volunteering with community access visits in the local area.
His nomination read:
“Paul really shows an interest in the hobbies of the people we support, for example, one of our people has a keen interest in recycling and Paul has assisted by researching local companies finding out information for him.
“Paul is very reliable and thoroughly deserves to receive this special award as a mark of our appreciation for the many hours and years he has volunteered.”
